SHIPPING
1. GENERAL
The items offered for sale on www.selah-vie.store can be delivered to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg.
They will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer on the order form.
2. DELIVERY MODALITIES
For all products, the order will be prepared for dispatch from the Selah Vie warehouse within an average of 3 to 7 working days (subject to stock availability) from confirmation of the order by e-mail.
Orders are delivered by a carrier partner. From the time of collection by the carrier, the customer will be delivered to the specified address within the time limits indicated.
3. DELIVERY TIMES AND PRICES
The delivery times announced on the website apply from the moment the customer receives the e-mail sent by Selah Vie confirming the dispatch of the order. It takes 2 to 5 working days to receive the order after receiving the tracking number.
All deliveries are charged with Belgian VAT.
Any customs or import taxes are not included in the shipping costs indicated and are the responsibility of the customer.
The deadlines announced on the website are purely indicative and depend on the destination and availability of the product ordered. Exceeding this deadline cannot lead to cancellation of the order, a reduction in the price paid by the buyer or payment by way of compensation.
Selah Vie cannot be held liable for additional delays caused by the non-issue of a bank authorisation or an incomplete order form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. RIGHT OF REVOCATION
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (selah vie KG, Manderfeld 2, 4760 Büllingen, Belgium, info@selah-vie.store) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
2. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.
