MY ORDER

Where is my order?
  • As soon as you have confirmed your order, it will be prepared, dispatched and taken over by your chosen transport company.
  • You will then receive an e-mail confirming your order with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
  • This mail sometimes sneaks into the unsolicited e-mails, so remember to check this!
What is the status of my order?

You can view the status of your order and track your parcel in the “My account” section.

Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?
  • Once we have received an order, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
  • If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact our customer service directly by e-mail.
I would like to give a gift card as a present, how can I do this?

Selah vie does currently not offer gift cards. We will keep you updated as soon as this option is available!

DELIVERY

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Is shipping free of charge?
  • Delivery to Belgium is free of charge for orders over 200 €.
  • In all other cases, shipping costs are calculated during the order process and you can see them listed in detail before you confirm your order.
Will customs duties be charged for my order?

We only deliver within the European Union. There are no additional customs charges.

PRODUCT CARE

How do I maintain my selah vie pieces?
  • Always wash items inside out.
  • The best way is to wash by hand, gently and without rubbing. If you decide to machine wash, select a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30 degrees.
