Politique d’expédition

1. GENERAL


The items offered for sale on www.selah-vie.store can be delivered to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg.
They will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer on the order form.

 



2. DELIVERY MODALITIES


For all products, the order will be prepared for dispatch from the Selah Vie warehouse within an average of 48 working hours (subject to stock availability) from confirmation of the order by e-mail.
Orders are delivered by DHL. From the time of collection by the carrier, the customer will be delivered to the specified address within the time limits indicated.
  


 

3. DELIVERY TIMES AND PRICE


The delivery times announced on the website apply from the moment the customer receives the e-mail sent by Selah Vie confirming the dispatch of the order. It takes 2 to 5 working days to receive the order after receiving the tracking number.
All deliveries are charged with Belgian VAT.
Any customs or import taxes are not included in the shipping costs indicated and are the responsibility of the customer.
The deadlines announced on the website are purely indicative and depend on the destination and availability of the product ordered. Exceeding this deadline cannot lead to cancellation of the order, a reduction in the price paid by the buyer or payment by way of compensation. 
Selah Vie cannot be held liable for additional delays caused by the non-issue of a bank authorisation or an incomplete order form.
